Job Title: Food Service Worker – School Cafeteria (with Cashiering Responsibilities)

Location: Iroquois Central School District -Elma NY

Pay Rate: $16.00

Schedule: Part-time, 9:00 am- 1:00 pm school-day hours (Monday–Friday)

                                      8:00 am -1:00 pm school-day hours (Monday–Friday) 

Position Summary:

Personal Touch Food Service, Inc. is seeking a reliable and motivated Food Service Worker to join our school cafeteria team. This role includes food preparation, service, and operating a point-of-sale system to provide nutritious meals in a clean, friendly, and efficient environment for students and staff. Perfect hours for parents, grandparents and retirees

Qualifications:

Prior food service or cashiering experience in a school or similar setting preferred

Ability to operate a cash register and handle money accurately

Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety standards

Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced school environment

Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds

Must pass a background check in accordance with school district and state regulations
