What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Honda vehicles (and other makes) 
• Perform quality inspections and recommend services to customers 
• Collaborate with service advisors and fellow techs to deliver top-tier service 
• Stay up to date with the latest Honda technical bulletins and procedures

• Minimum of 3 years experience.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on, team-oriented who is committed to business improvement processes.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Management skills: Ability to lead, take charge, and offer direction
• Critical thinking-using logic to weigh various approaches to resolving problems
• Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships to have constructive and cooperative working relationships
• Initiative-willing to take on new responsibilities and challenges
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
