Bilingual candidates with fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) are strongly preferred for this client-facing position.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate OneCloud’s, product vision, and capabilities to potential customers.
  • Self-generating customer opportunities, in addition to company leaders, to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain outstanding working relationships with customers and potential customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Maintain a schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in assigned location.
  • Work closely with the Sales Director and boundary team to ensure attainment of your sales goal.
  • Base salary and lucrative commission structure based on Total Connect Value.
  • Comprehensive and on-going training when you start to include leadership development.

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Highly driven and motivated, with a strong work ethic and integrity.

  • Experience working with a CRM system is a plus.
  • Documented ability to hunt, build and maintain relationships with multiple points of distribution.

  • Preferred candidates will be fluent in both English and Spanish (oral and written).

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of outside telecommunications sales experience preferred but will train the right individual.
