NOW HIRING MOWING & TRIMMING LABORER – FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITY!
Leapfrog Landcare is hiring a Mowing & Trimming Laborer to assist with routine lawn care services at residential and commercial properties. As a key part of our field crew, you’ll work under the direction of a Mowing & Trimming Crew Leader to deliver high-quality results that keep our clients’ properties looking their best.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing tasks on assigned properties
- Support your crew leader in meeting daily route goals and quality standards
- Ensure properties are clean, neat, and visually appealing after each visit
- Load, unload, and maintain lawn care equipment in good working condition
- Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE on every job
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude with clients and teammates
- Experience in landscaping or lawn care is a plus but not required—training provided!
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Physically fit and capable of performing laborer duties, such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver’s license required.
