As a Senior Sales Representative at R3, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing sales strategies that drive business growth and strengthen our presence in the IT services industry. Leveraging your background in IT- particularly within Managed Service Providers (MSPs)- you’ll cultivate impactful relationships with clients and build strategic partnerships to support mutual growth. This role requires a proactive, relationship-driven professional who can translate technical solutions into business value, while collaborating across teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Must reside near a major metropolitan area to facilitate in-person client meetings, networking opportunities, and partner engagement when needed.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and research.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client pain points and position R3’s solutions effectively.
- Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Lead negotiation and closing efforts, securing contracts that align with R3’s business goals.
- Monitor and maintain an active sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM; provide regular activity and forecast reports to leadership.
Market & Industry Insight
- Stay informed on industry trends, R3etitor activity, and emerging technologies to adjust strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, client services, and delivery teams to align sales strategy with service capabilities.
- Seamlessly transition closed deals to client engagement and delivery teams to ensure a smooth handoff and consistent customer experience.
Strategic Partnership Development
- Build and nurture referral relationships with R3lementary businesses such as telecom providers, hardware/software vendors, and business consultants to expand R3’s reach and value proposition.
Professional Development
- Participate in ongoing training and industry education to strengthen your sales skills and technical knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, business, finance, or related field preferred (not required)
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in IT services or a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
- Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B setting
- Strong professional network within the IT industry
- Understanding of managed services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and related technologies
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Strong understanding of Microsoft products and ecosystems, including Windows OS, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Teams, and Azure- able to effectively position these tools as part of broader IT solutions.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 -$125,000/year plus commission
The base salary range for this position is an estimate and may vary depending on relevant factors, including but not limited to education, experience, certifications, and skillset, as well as internal equity and business considerations. This range reflects base pay only and does not include bonuses, incentives, benefits, or other forms of compensation that may be offered as part of the total compensation package.
