What’s the job?

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team at the Trucker Path Insurance headquarters in Charleston, SC. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Human Resources for North America, Europe, and the United Kingdom, and serves as a key liaison between business operations and the broader HR organization. The HRBP will play a critical role in shaping and executing people strategies that align with business goals while fostering a high-performance, compliant, and engaging work environment.

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders and employees at our Charleston headquarters.
  • Align HR strategies with local business goals, supporting all stages of the employee lifecycle.
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, employee engagement, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Handle employee relations issues with fairness, discretion, and legal compliance.
  • Provide guidance on performance management and support coaching and development plans.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Collaborate with HR functional specialists (e.g., Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Learning) to deploy enterprise-wide programs at the local level.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and culture-building efforts.

What’s the work location?

You’ll be based out of our stunning, light-filled headquarters in downtown Charleston—a space designed for collaboration, creativity, and connection. During onboarding and training, you’ll work in-office five days a week to build momentum, meet your teammates, and ramp up with hands-on support. Once key KPIs and performance metrics are met, you’ll transition to a hybrid schedule of three in-office days per week—giving you the flexibility to balance focused work and in-person collaboration.
