What You’ll Do
- Execute high-volume plating and preparation with speed, precision, and presentation standards.
- Follow recipes to ensure consistency in taste and appearance across salads, sandwiches, burgers, and more.
- Read and prioritize tickets; adapt to modifications quickly and accurately.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, storage, and sanitation protocols.
- Uphold kitchen cleanliness at all times—work surfaces, equipment, and common areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver efficient, quality service.
- Flex into roles across stations (hot line, cold side, prep, etc.) as needed.
- Remain calm and professional during peak and event-driven periods.
We’re Looking For You If You Have
- Prior kitchen or line cook experience in fast-paced environments.
- Strong multitasking, timing, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and cooking best practices (temps, sanitation, HM/GMP, etc.).
- A positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and readiness to learn and cross-train.
- Availability flexible across days, nights, and weekends.

- Ability to read recipes and follow their instructions, measurements, etc.
- Punctual, reliable, and ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to spend long periods on your feet and lift up to 25lbs.
