Pay: $18-20 per hour (Based on experience and qualifications) + Overtime Opportunities

What We’re Looking For:
- Valid and Safe Drivers License
- Experience: We will Train You !!! Experience is a plus
- Collaboration: Willingness and excitement to work within a 4 man crew
- Skills: Ability to operate a variety of equipment (trucks, skid steers, tractors) is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on safety and independent work.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout your shift.
- Team Player: Motivated to contribute to a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shift Planning: Review your plan before starting to ensure efficiency.
- Equipment Checks: Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to maintain safety and readiness.
