Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in establishing and maintaining an efficient production workflow, including job creation, raw material handling, and inventory management.
• Support various phases of the production process by rotating through different areas of the department, as directed by the supervisor.
• Contribute to operational success by promoting efficiency and aligning tasks with overall company objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma, GED, or Trade school 
• Proficient math skills, including geometry, are necessary.
• A strong mechanical aptitude, combined with effective problem-solving techniques and sound decision-making abilities, is required.
• The ability to read and operate precision measuring instruments is essential.
• The ability to read and interpret blueprints is required.
• Excellent computer skills
• The ability to work overtime is necessary.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential for working with peers and management.
• The ability to stand for extended periods and perform general tasks that involve stooping, bending, and stretching is necessary.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. is required.
