Location: Montini Catholic School
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00–8:30 AM & 3:15–6:00 PM
Additional Hours: Optional classroom support hours available
Compensation: $16–$20 per hour (based on education and experience)

Position Summary:

Montini Catholic School is seeking a warm, creative, and energetic individual to lead our Before and After School Program. The Director will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for students during morning and afternoon hours. This position is ideal for someone who loves working with children, has strong organizational skills, and brings creativity and enthusiasm to their role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the safety of students in the program before and after school
   
• Plan and facilitate activities that include outdoor play, crafts, games, and enrichment
   
• Provide homework help and academic support when needed
   
• Promote a positive and respectful environment aligned with Montini’s Catholic values
   
• Maintain accurate attendance and communicate with families as needed
   
• Ensure the space is clean, organized, and welcoming each day
   
• Work collaboratively with school staff and administration
   
• Optional: support classroom teachers during school hours when available
   

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting
   
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree in education/child development preferred
   
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
   
• Ability to lead and manage a group of children independently
   
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
