The individual in this position will be responsible for overseeing food service to ensure that food and beverages are delivered to customers promptly, adhering to the established standards of the facility. This includes explaining menu items, terms, and offering suggestions to customers when requested.

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a highly skilled, hospitality-driven Fine Dining Server with a strong background in elevated guest service and advanced wine knowledge.  This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a high-end environment and is confident delivering curated dining experiences, including expert wine parings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional, detail-oriented service aligned with fine dining standards.
• Strong knowledge of wine service, pairing principles, and varietals
• Experience working with high check averages and discerning clientele
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, polished demeanor with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask while maintaining composure under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury or high-volume upscale restaurants
• Passion for hospitality and continuous learning
