As Alpha Warranty’s Claim Adjuster, you work directly with repair shops across the United States throughout the vehicle repair claim process. You connect with them by phone, email, and chat to ensure a complete understanding of the necessary car repair and if it can be covered under the customer’s service contract. With every interaction we work to provide efficient and accurate claim decisions for our customers, regardless of how complicated the repair may be.
We also have ASE Certified in-house Level 2 Claims Adjusters as an available resource during the process for high-dollar or complex repairs. If you have extensive car repair experience and are ready for a change, we would even consider starting you in this increased capacity.
We love being able to say, “yes, we’ll cover the repair”, and do it all day, but know this isn’t the case with every claim. Your professionalism, knowledge and drive to deliver excellent service are critical during these conversations with repair shops. Some calls may require your skillful abilities to deescalate strong emotions brought on by unexpected or expensive car repairs for the customer.

We stand by our stated value of Work Life Balance with Monday – Friday, full-time 8 hour shifts between 7am – 6 pm. No Weekends! Part-time hours are flexible within business hours, working 20-29 hours per week.
