Description

 

Vehicle Handling: 

  • Move and park vehicles in designated areas on the dealership lot. 
  • Retrieve vehicles for customers and ensure they are ready for test drives or delivery. 
  • Maintain the cleanliness of vehicles by washing, vacuuming, and performing light detailing. 

Lot and Facility Maintenance: 

  • Keep the dealership lot, showroom, and service areas clean, organized, and free of debris. 
  • Ensure vehicles are properly aligned and displayed on the lot. 
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, emptying trash cans, and cleaning restrooms. 

Customer Assistance: 

  • Assist customers with locating vehicles on the lot. 
  • Provide courteous and prompt service to customers waiting for their vehicles. 
  • Help customers with unloading and loading items into their vehicles as needed. 

Support to Sales and Service Teams: 

  • Assist the sales team with vehicle preparation for display and customer delivery. 
  • Support the service team by moving vehicles to and from service bays. 
  • Run errands for parts and supplies as requested by management. 

Inventory Management: 

  • Conduct periodic inventory checks to ensure all vehicles are accounted for and properly documented. 
  • Report any vehicle damage or issues to management immediately. 

Additional Duties: 

  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management. 
  • Follow all dealership policies and procedures, including safety guidelines. 
Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to move quickly and work in various weather conditions.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to follow instructions and adapt to the dealership's dynamic environment.
