Position Summary


The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and leading Kilter’s Sales Team across all Termite and Pest Control branches, specifically covering the area from Long Beach/LA County to San Diego County. This role drives revenue growth, exceeds sales targets, supports Inspectors and Yearly Control staff, and fosters a positive, high-performance work environment. 


Compensation: 


$80,000–$90,000 annually, plus bonus (commensurate with experience) 


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide strategic direction and support to Inspectors and Yearly Control staff, promoting exceptional customer service.
  • Analyze regional market trends to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Design and implement training programs focused on process improvement and employee development.
  • Ensure compliance with sales processes and training standards to promote consistent performance.
  • Collaborate with Branch leadership to evaluate current training programs, identify gaps, and recommend solutions.
  • Evaluate branch performance and individual Termite Sales Inspectors.
  • Prepare and present monthly sales performance reports.
  • Proactively identify challenges and recommend timely solutions.
  • Introduce innovative sales strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a service-based industry, including leadership roles.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales management.
  • 5+ years of direct or outside sales experience (BR 3FR License preferred).
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, fast learner, and resourceful.
  • Safety-sensitive position.
  • Must pass a company background check.
  • Must pass substance abuse screening.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
