This position is open for both full time and part time.
• Prepare hot and iced specialty drinks
• Serve high quality espresso beverages with latte art
• Warm pastry product according to standard, and keep case stocked and organized
• Know all menu items and ingredients
• Use Point of Sale system to ring orders
• Handle small amounts of cash, ensuring accuracy during customer transactions
• Speak clearly and enthusiastically about our product terms and ingredients
• Identify issues prior to serving customers with any items
• Follow standard operating procedures for opening and closing
• Complete assigned tasks in a prompt and friendly manner
• Engage customers in a professional, pleasant manner
• Provide service with sense of efficiency
• Follow store sanitation and safety procedures
• Tidy and clean work area and display case during downtime

Physical requirements:
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for the whole shift; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and taste or smell. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Shifts and Hours of operation
• First shifts of the day may start as early as 5 am, and last shift may end at 7pm
• We’re open 7 days a week, with the exception of Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Weekend and holiday availabilities are required.
