I. Summary of Position
The National Accounts Director will play a crucial role in developing and executing the sales strategy for electroCore with the Keiser medical system. This position is responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including prescribers, to drive the adoption of our therapy. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical sales, a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, and proven track record of achieving sales targets.
II. Primary Job Responsibilities
- Relationship Management – Develop and maintain strong relationships with prescribers and other key stakeholders within the Keiser medical system to promote our therapy and ensure successful formulary implementation.
- Sales Strategy Development – Create and execute a comprehensive sales plan tailored to the needs of the Keiser medical system, focusing on driving awareness and adoption of our therapy among prescribers.
- Market Analysis – Monitor market trends and assess competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth within the Keiser system.
- Collaborative Engagement – Work closely with Marketing, Medical and operations teams to ensure alignment of messaging and support for sales initiatives.
- Training and Development – Educate prescribers and their support staff about or therapy, including its benefits, usage, and patient outcomes.
- Performance Tracking – Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Customer Experience – Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.

III. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in medical sales, with a focus on building relationships in healthcare systems.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
- Knowledge of healthcare landscape, specifically within the medical system setting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with prescribers and stakeholders.
IV. Travel and Other Physical Demands
Travel 50-75% of the time
