Join an organization which has been providing quality education services through the Head Start and Universal Pre-K models for over 55 years. The Teacher Assistant works closely with classroom teachers to provide a fun, nurturing and healthy environment for young children. Responsibilities include:
- Assist classroom teacher to plan and implement activities for classroom programs
- Develop positive relationships with children and families
- Help with adequate staff coverage for all classrooms and activities onsite
- Assist in completing case notes
High School Diploma or GED required. At least one (1) year of experience working with children 13 or younger. Bi- or Multi-lingual skills are a plus.
