Project Engineer

Are you an experienced Project Engineer with a background in demolition or earthwork looking to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to support the planning and execution of our demolition and site development projects.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage demolition and earthwork projects from pre-construction through completion
  • Prepare project plans, schedules, cost estimates, and progress reports
  • Conduct site visits and assist Superintendents and Project Managers
  • Collaborate with field superintendents, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery
  • Track quantities, change orders, and RFIs; support project billing and budget management
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory/permit requirements and company safety standards
  • Provide technical support and problem-solving throughout the duration of the project
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field  
  • 3+ years of experience in demolition, earthwork, or heavy civil construction
  • Strong knowledge of project scheduling, estimating, and field operations
  • Familiarity with construction software (Contractor Foreman, AutoCAD, Trimble, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
