The Part Works, a family-owned wholesale plumbing specialties distributor, is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Seattle headquarters. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a pivotal role where you’ll help ensure our products get to the right place at the right time—keeping our customers happy and our operations running efficiently.

  

What You’ll Do

As our Supply Chain Coordinator, you’ll be a key player in our purchasing and inventory operations, working closely with our Product Manager, Purchasing Agent, Sales & Marketing team, and company President. You’ll:

  • Carryout the daily and weekly purchasing activities on schedule
  • Analyze inventory data and plan replenishment 
  • Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure inventory goals are achieved
  • Maintain accurate item and pricing data
  • Support supplier relationships and performance tracking
  • Coordinate inventory planning with marketing initiatives
  • Attend industry events (3–5 out-of-state trips per year)

You’ll also contribute to process improvements, pricing strategies, and project management efforts that help us grow smarter and serve better.


Location: Seattle, WA 

Pay: \$28.00–\$31.00/hour | Full-Time | 40 hours/week

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in a supply chain, inventory, or purchasing role
  • Familiarity with Excel and ERP systems
  • Experience in wholesale distribution is a plus

Requirements:

  • Legal Authorization to Work in the U.S. 
Salary Description
$28–$31/ hour
