Ron Carter GM is seeking a high-performing Service Drive Manager to lead our front-line service operations and elevate the customer experience. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing service advisors, ensuring a smooth and efficient drive process, maximizing profitability, and delivering world-class service to our valued clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coach all service advisors to achieve department performance targets
  • Drive customer satisfaction through effective communication, timely updates, and issue resolution
  • Manage workflow, appointment scheduling, and repair order accuracy
  • Monitor and improve advisor productivity, CSI scores, and service retention
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies, OEM guidelines, and safety procedures
  • Actively write service tickets and support advisors during peak times

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Prior experience as a service drive manager, assistant service manager, or lead advisor
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-first mindset
  • Proven track record in CSI, upselling maintenance work, and managing high volumes
  • Knowledge of GM systems and procedures preferred, but not required
  • A hands-on approach and ability to lead by example

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Compensation Range: $75,000 – $135,000 (based on experience and performance)
