Who We Are:  Mission of Kids Junction – Partnering with families to build strong mind, body and Christlike Character. 

Kids Junction is a large established early childhood center with over 20 years of serving families in Madison, WI and surrounding communities. We are licensed by the State of Wisconsin for 360 children, which includes our after school program of around 100 children!  We are passionate about providing a nurturing, play-based learning environment, rooted in Christian principles, that supports the social, emotional and academic development of young children. 

Our popular after school program provides a safe, fun, school-age friendly environment for children in the Madison area during non-school hours. This safe and fun environment extends to our bus drivers, who are vital to our after school program!

About the role: We're looking for dedicated bus drivers to ensure safe transportation from various schools in the Madison area to our center. Actual assigned routes can vary, and include both public and private schools. We only transport enrolled children to our center-no home routes or stops! Additional staff support is provided on larger routes. Hours for this position are generally 12:00-3:30 PM Mondays and 1:00-3:30 PM Tuesdays-Fridays with no nights or weekends! Non-school day hours are available as well, which includes off-site field trips. 

We offer competitive wages starting at $25+ per hour, depending on experience!

Our after-school bus driver positions are seasonal, which allows for flexible scheduling. Increased hours are available for the summer months to provide transportation for our two summer camps.

We're Looking for Candidates Who:

• Are 18+ with a clean driving record
• Hold a High school diploma or equivalent
• Hold a CDL License with P endorsement - required 
• Have 1+ year of bus driving experience - preferred
• Have knowledge of bus maintenance - preferred
