Caregiver and Med Techs - Senior Living Community
Tuscan Gardens of Venetia Bay is seeking compassionate and experienced Caregivers and Med Techs to join our vibrant, Tuscany-inspired senior living community. Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to residents' personal needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
- Administer medications and monitor residents' health conditions in accordance with care plans
- Observe and report any changes in residents' physical or emotional well-being
- Foster a warm, respectful, and engaging environment for residents
- Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive and consistent care
- Follow all safety and health protocols to maintain a safe living environment
- Work assigned shifts and participate in a rotation of weekends as required
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Caregiver or Med Tech in a senior living or healthcare setting
- Valid certification or license as required by state regulations (e.g., Med Tech certification)
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards seniors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of basic medical procedures and medication administration
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
