Caregiver and Medication Technician - Full-Time (All Shifts)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility support.
- Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor residents for any side effects or changes in condition, reporting concerns promptly to the appropriate team members.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a respectful and caring environment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided, following all regulatory and organizational guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification (e.g., Certified Nursing Assistant, Medication Technician license) preferred.
- Prior experience in caregiving or healthcare settings is advantageous.
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate documentation.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and infection control practices.
