 Key Responsibilities

• Respond to Maintenance Requests: Promptly address and complete requests from residents for repairs and malfunctions within their units. 
• Perform Repairs: Diagnose and fix issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and HVAC systems. 
• Conduct Inspections: Regularly inspect apartments and common areas for safety hazards, wear, and needed repairs. 
• General Upkeep: Maintain the property's appearance by painting, patching walls, and performing general carpentry work. 
• Landscaping & Groundskeeping: Handle tasks like mowing lawns, weeding, and maintaining shared outdoor spaces. 
• Prepare Vacant Units: Make units ready for new residents by ensuring they meet safety and aesthetic standards. 
• Manage Supplies: Track inventory and order necessary parts and supplies for repairs and maintenance. 
• Emergency On-Call: Be available for emergency situations requiring immediate attention.
