TBK Bank Sports and Entertainment Complex is seeking a positive and professional Arcade & Attractions Staff member to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, handling cash and card transactions, maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our work areas, and assisting in all other facets of our facility. You will also be responsible for inventory management and equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning.  Must have weekend availability. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide positive, professional, and timely guest service
• Use a POS system to sell game cards, laser tag and escape room passes, as well as redeeming redemption prizes
• Handle cash and card transactions responsibly
• Maintain the appeal and safety of our work areas by cleaning and inspecting daily
• Provide an upbeat and positive atmosphere between our team and extended to the guest
• Assist in all other facets of our facility at any given time
• Manage inventory for redemption prizes
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment for laser tag, escape rooms, and other attractions
