Pay: $20.00–$25.00/hr.
Schedule: Full-Time | Non-Exempt (Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.)


About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Commercial Property Administrator to support our commercial and retail portfolio and work closely with the Director of Retail/Commercial Property Management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, grow-or-die environment, takes ownership of their work, and enjoys being the operational backbone of a high-performing commercial team.

The right candidate is proactive, highly organized, comfortable working with financials and leases, and communicates with radical transparency while always keeping tenants, vendors, and owners top of mind.


What You’ll Do

• Manage daily administrative workflows for the commercial portfolio using Yardi, Payscan, and OneDrive
• Process tenant payments, deposits, invoices, and supporting documentation
• Upload, organize, and maintain accurate lease and tenant records
• Monitor emails, calls, Teams messages, and voicemails; respond and route as needed
• Assist with tenant requests, payment troubleshooting, and other issues
• Support weekly operations, including mail processing, check requests, and clean & show coordination
• Track insurance, utilities, vendor compliance, and basic property services
• Assist with monthly tasks such as Amex reports, financial tracking, and documentation support
• Draft basic memos, notices, and support special projects as assigned
• Attend required meetings and stay aligned with team priorities

Requirements
  • 1–3 years of commercial property management experience
  • Strong ability to read, interpret, and fully understand commercial leases.
  • Basic accounting and financial review knowledge
  • Experience with Yardi or similar property management software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel 
  • Strong organization, follow-up, and communication/writing skills
