What You’ll Do
· Recruit, train, supervise, and support in-home staff to ensure exceptional service delivery
· Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and team coverage to meet individual and family needs
· Partner with families as the primary point of contact, offering guidance and support
· Monitor service quality, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with DDS and agency standards
· Collaborate with clinical teams to integrate behavior supports into in-home services
What We’re Looking For
· High school diploma, bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science preferred
· 5+ years experience supporting individuals with neurological or developmental disabilities
· Strong leadership, supervision, and coaching skills
· Knowledge of DDS and community-based support services
· Advanced computer skills (electronic health records, Microsoft Office, billing)
· Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and schedule flexibility (nights/weekends as needed)
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
