Description: Provide assistance to the executive chef in dining preparation.
Responsibilities:
-Assist Executive and Sous Chef in preparing meals
-Prep work for day
-Setup/Tear down kitchen area
-Maintains a high standard of hygiene on the property
-Maintain a clean and safe working area
-Uphold all health code regulations
General:
-Communicates issues, concerns, complaints, compliments and suggestions to your manager, and not to other associates, guests, etc.
-Perform other duties as assigned by management
Dress Code:
-Employee is responsible forChef attire or street cloths (no offensive graphics or languages), non-slip shoes, and all local, state and federal regulations set forth by the department of agriculture.
-Company provides apron
-Work in a team environment
-Work well under pressure
-Ability to handle a fast pace environment
-Ability to withstand extreme heat
-Stand for extended periods
