Description

Job Title: Brew Pub Food Runner/Busser   Reports to: Brew Pub General Manager


Description: Provide assistance to the wait staff in dining service.


Responsibilities:

-Deliver completed tickets to tables

-Remove any empty or unused flatware/dishes/glasses from table

-Communicate with servers when food is delivered

-Communicate with cooks as to needs of each table

-Ensure presentation of all items

-Prepare/serve soup

-Complete all side work

-Maintain cleanliness of serving trays

-Set up/ tear down area 

-Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks

-Maintains a high standard of hygiene on the property

-Clean off all plate and glassware from tables that have left

-Re-set the table in the restaurants style

-Make sure the table is set properly and clean

-Make sure the chairs and floor area around the table is clean

-Bring all dishware to the dish area for cleaning

-Uphold all health code regulations

General:

-Communicates issues, concerns, complaints, compliments and suggestions to your manager, and not to other associates, guests, etc.

-Perform other duties as assigned by management

Dress Code: 

-Black THI polo shirt, khaki pants, preferably black shoes (non-slip)
