Description

We’re seeking a driven, service-oriented sales leader to spearhead growth in our charter division. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead with expertise, cultivate lasting client relationships, and drive top-line revenue through thoughtful, personalized charter solutions. The ideal candidate brings a proven record in luxury or aviation charter sales and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.  


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Charter Sales Specialists 
  • Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback 
  • Conduct regular pipeline and performance reviews to ensure sales targets are met 
  • Drive sales performance by managing inbound and outbound charter requests 
  • Prepare and present customized charter quotes with a strong emphasis on closing high-conversion leads 
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and actively pursue new markets and verticals (corporate, luxury travel, VIP, etc.) 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value charter clients 
  • Provide white-glove service throughout the sales and booking process, ensuring client needs are anticipated and met 
  • Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat bookings and referrals 
  • Work closely with flight operations, Maintenance, and scheduling, to ensure quote feasibility 
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns and promotional efforts 
  • Partner with finance to ensure accurate pricing and margin control 
  • Maintain and manage accurate records of client interactions and deals in CRM NetSuite 
  • Represent at industry events and networking opportunities to build brand presence and partnerships 
  • Track performance metrics and prepare regular sales reports 
  • Offer input into pricing strategy, product offerings, and service packages to improve competitiveness 
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in aviation, luxury travel, or charter services 
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills 
  • Familiarity with private aviation, charter operations, or FAA regulations a plus 
  • Proficient in NetSuite CRM and Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Experience with AirMax or similar charter sales platforms preferred 
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills 
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including after-hours or weekends as needed to support clients
