Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local business owners, civic leaders, and community influencers.
- Prospect, present, and close new sponsorship and partnership opportunities.
- Re-engage previous clients and expand long-term account relationships.
- Travel weekly to targeted communities within assigned territories.
- Represent the organization at community events, sponsorship activations, and outreach initiatives.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage pipeline activity, follow-ups, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal leadership and production teams to ensure strong campaign execution and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in outside sales, business development, community relations, or territory management.
- Proven ability to prospect and close high-value partnerships.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable traveling extensively throughout assigned territories.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.
- Experience in commission-driven sales environments preferred.
