We are looking for a contracted Remote Localization Project Manager in Argentina to join our team!
The contracted Localization Project Manager will work with our clients to manage the timely flow of all project actions from initiation to delivery. Managing multiple projects at once while ensuring quality, turnaround time and client satisfaction is a must.
The ideal candidate is proactive, enjoys a fast-paced environment and is not afraid of new technology. You will work as a member of a larger worldwide team so strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.

Qualifications
- 2-3 years of localization experience working on the client or vendor side.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Experience working with Phrase, MemoQ, Trados Studio or another Translation Management Systems required.
- Experience working with Plunet, XTRF or another Localization Project Management System required.
- PMP certified is a plus.
Essential Functions
- Identifies qualified linguists for projects based on project-specific criteria.
- Schedules translators, editors and proofreaders, desktop publishing (DTP), and other milestones to ensure successful project completion.
- Ensures all quality control procedures are followed for each engagement.
- Reviews and finalizes all delivered work from linguists for completeness and adherence to client specifications.
- Manages/monitors linguists and other vendors throughout the production cycle for every project.
- Provides feedback regarding linguist’s and vendor’s performance and assists in identifying areas of improvement.
- Supports Sales on project estimates and quoting.
- Supports and focuses on company Key Performance Indicators and other company-wide initiatives.
- Communicates with clients, via email or video call, as needed.
- Strives to live and exemplify the company core values.
- Ad hoc responsibilities as assigned.

- Ability to learn new technologies and troubleshoot issues with localization tools.
- Manage project schedules effectively and work within time constraints.
- Highly proficient level of oral and written English, including proofreading skills.
- Strong interpersonal, diplomacy and customer service skills.
- Strong sense of professionalism and telephone etiquette.
- Good judgement, extreme discretion and flexibility in work hours.
- Proactive and effective communication across teams.
