Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Senior Living
This position requires an active Kentucky Speech Language Pathologist or applicant must have the necessary qualifications to earn license. Additionally, applicants must hold Certificate of Clinical Competence or be supervised as a Clinical Fellow prior to attaining CCCs. Applicants without licensure will not be considered.
HTS is hiring TWO Speech Language Pathologists to join our therapy teams in Louisville, KY. These jobs are full-time at 30 - 40 hours per week.
POSITION 1: The SLP in this position will treat at a well-established senior living community located in the heart of historic Old Louisville, Kentucky. Diverse caseload from rehab to home, long term care, assisted living, independent living and memory care.
POSITION 2: This position is at a highly rated Continuing Care Retirement Community on the southern side of Jefferson County, outside of the busy Louisville area. This 68-bed facility offers long term care, skilled nursing and has a dementia unit.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide high-quality speech and language therapy to residents in supportive environments.
· Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
