We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead revenue growth across the Eastern Coast region. This individual will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while also driving expansion within existing accounts. The ideal candidate will bring a strong hunter mentality, paired with a collaborative and consultative approach to uncovering green space opportunities and maximizing value for healthcare clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed regional revenue targets.
- Drive new logo acquisition by prospecting, qualifying, and closing high-value opportunities.
- Partner closely with assigned Account Managers to drive account growth, ensuring a unified and coordinated approach to client expansion and retention.
- Expand the company’s footprint within existing clients, focusing on green space and untapped potential.
- Collaborate across internal teams (marketing, customer success, product, and executive leadership) to deliver integrated, value-based solutions.
- Build and nurture relationships with a variety of healthcare organizations across the territory, tailoring strategies to unique organizational needs.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline, balancing both net-new opportunities and account expansion.
- Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and executive reporting of sales activities and results.
- Represent the company at regional industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities, serving as a thought leader in the healthcare space.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and leading territory growth at a director or senior sales level.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise sales cycles, consultative selling, and healthcare industry dynamics.
- Demonstrated success in working collaboratively with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to achieve growth objectives.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive relationship-building skills.
- Ability to operate strategically while maintaining a hands-on approach in the field.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Eastern Coast region.
