Rehabilitation Supervisor

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) | On-Call as Assigned

Job Summary

The Rehabilitation Supervisor oversees clinical services, program operations, and staff supervision to ensure high-quality client care and regulatory compliance. This role provides clinical leadership, staff development, and coordination of services across agency programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and oversee treatment planning
   
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation and compliance
   
• Supervise Program Managers and clinical staff
   
• Lead clinical teams and coordinate care with providers and families
   
• Provide crisis intervention and on-call coverage as assigned
   
• Oversee site-level operations and staffing schedules

Qualifications

• Master’s in Human Services or RN license required
   
• Minimum 5 years human services experience (supervisory preferred)
   
• Must qualify as a QMHP (Medicaid Rule 140)
   
• Valid Illinois driver’s license and reliable transportation
   
• Strong leadership, organization, and crisis management skills
