Job Description:
First Stop Health is seeking an experienced, innovative and detail-oriented regional Vice President of Sales & Team Lead who will oversee our Southwest sales territory & lead a team of sales reps in expanding our pipeline of prospects, qualifying decision makers, introducing our services, and closing businesses.
Reporting into the Senior Vice President of Growth, this role will manage the day-to-day activities of the broker and enterprise sales channels in the territory they support and create a culture of high-performance, accountability, and empathy on their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own teamwide new revenue targets, help shape GTM plans in territory, and support broader company level ARR goals
- Report on team performance and projections to executive leadership and other stakeholders
- Work with revenue operations, peer regional VP of Sales, and management to help set individual rep quotas within company guidelines & daily metrics for call and meeting KPIs to achieve new revenue growth targets
- Hire, train, and manage the performance of 6-9 individual reps
- Review and management of team opportunities and pipeline
- Review and approve pricing for unique opportunities
- Travel with and assist direct reports with business meetings and networking events
- Assist in developing relationships with brokers who serve clients (and individual clients)
- Assist the team with educating brokers on the benefits of the First Stop Health model
- Stay informed on related industry trends, news stories and competitive landscape
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Several years of experience in B2B/enterprise sales with demonstrated success, experience in employee benefit space preferred
- Prior experience as regional sales manager working with 3+ reps
- Healthcare industry experience preferred, especially in telehealth or ancillary benefits
- Willingness to travel 2x per month
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a deadline-oriented environment
- Advanced level computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Experience using Salesforce.com or other similar CRM tools to track sales activity
- Must be detail- and process- oriented and scrupulously use our tools
