Bloom Endodontics is seeking a skilled, compassionate Part-time Dental Assistant to join our team and help us deliver exceptional patient care as needed. Our practice is built on a core belief: putting the patient’s needs first — and this principle guides everything we do.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the doctor during a variety of endodontic procedures to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to strict protocols.
- Take X-rays and digital scans as needed.
- Document patient information accurately in chart notes and software systems.
- Ensure patients feel welcome, comfortable, and informed throughout their treatment.
- Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow.
- Check patients in and out, verify insurance, and collect payments.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with updating medical history forms.
- Support daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient patient car
Requirements
- At least 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred but not required.
- Customer service experience (1+ years) is a plus — we value a friendly, patient-focused approach.
- Certification or an associate degree from an accredited dental assisting program is a bonus but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with computer-based tasks and dental software.
- Professional, reliable, and positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
