Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Accounting & Business Support Intern to join our team. This role will primarily assist the accounting department with data entry and collections while also contributing to cross-departmental tasks that support our sales and production teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working across multiple functions in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Support the accounting department with accurate and timely data entry.
- Assist in managing accounts receivable, including collections and customer follow-ups.
- Help maintain organized financial records and documentation.
- Provide administrative support for the sales team (e.g., processing orders, maintaining sales records).
- Assist the production team with coordination tasks as needed.
- Participate in cross-departmental projects and contribute to process improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall business operations.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn.
