Position:  Marketing Intern 

Department: Business Development

Location: Sturgis, SD

Duration: 10-12 weeks (Summer 2026)

Compensation: $23-28/hour

Position Summary:

Brosz Engineering is seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in creating engaging content, corporate brand governance and organizing brand assets. This internship offers exposure to website design and gain practical experience in digital media marking and organizational branding.   

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation

• Develop engaging content and visuals for social media channels.
• Contribute to social media management schedule.
• Assist in developing and organizing internal corporate communications, such as company newsletters or intranet updates.
• Help organize and maintain our internal branding assets, including logos, templates, and style guides.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform our marketing strategy.
• Exposure to the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.

Project Support

• Participate in project team meetings and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
• Manage multiple tasks that come up in the business development environment.
• Demonstrate experience with digital media marketing.
• Assist in the proposal creation process. 

Field & Site Work

• Conduct site visits to observe construction progress and create marking collateral.
