We are in search of a candidate that has the Initiative to proactively engage with members to provide a positive Member Experience, including discussing opportunities to meet their current and future financial needs. As an MSR you must be able to work efficiently and exhibit good Problem Solving and decision-making skills.
The MSR is responsible for providing frontline service and support, while being Adaptable to the variable needs of the member. You will be accountable for providing excellent member service, utilizing cross selling abilities, conducting teller functions, and achieving referral goals. An MSR must be able to Communicate well to the members, while also displaying a strong spirit for Teamwork.
This Full-Time position will be up to 40 hours per week, including some Saturday's. Ability to speak bilingually (English/Spanish) is preferred, but not required. Previous customer service and cash handling experience, intermediate math skills, and proficiency with technology devices are beneficial to this position. High school diploma or equivalent required.
Benefits include paid time off, health insurance, and a 401k plan. This position has a starting wage of $12.00 - $15.00 per hour (depending on experience), with potential to earn up to $18.00/hr.
