About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Account Manager with a strong background in travel nurse and allied health staffing to oversee a large portfolio of travel assignments. This role requires someone who can manage both client accounts and a team of recruiters, while ensuring consistent delivery, compliance, and high productivity.
With more than $2M in travel contracts available, this is a high-impact opportunity for a performance-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, commission-only environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for VMS/MSP travel nurse and allied accounts.
- Manage a book of business with $2M+ in travel roles to fill, ensuring timely placements.
- Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of recruiters; track recruiter productivity and performance metrics.
- Source, qualify, and place travel nurses and allied health professionals into client assignments.
- Present and report key performance metrics, including fill rates, submittal-to-hire ratios, and recruiter output.
- Ensure compliance with client credentialing and onboarding requirements.
- Maintain availability during EST business hours (8am–5pm), with some evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications
- VMS/MSP experience REQUIRED.
- Minimum 1+ years of proven success in travel nurse and allied health recruiting, REQUIRED.
- Must be able to showcase personal and team performance metrics during the interview, REQUIRED.
- Experience managing a team of recruiters, with measurable productivity results.
- Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work full-time or near full-time hours as an independent contractor.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working in ATS, VMS portals, and with sourcing tools.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to thrive with commission-only compensation.
