Role Overview:
Traliant is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to strengthen and expand relationships with our valued customers. In this role, you’ll be responsible for understanding our customers’ business challenges and consistently driving measurable revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Grow revenue within existing accounts by identifying and successfully driving upsell and cross-sell sales opportunities.
- Fluently and persuasively articulate the Traliant value proposition in a compelling and effective way.
- Consistently meet and exceed quarterly expansion sales targets and productivity goals
- Insightfully map organizations and build relationships across client accounts.
- Drive consultative solution oriented sales cycles with clients and thoroughly understand their needs, goals, and challenges.
- Partner closely with Customer Success Managers, strategically collaborating to thoroughly cover accounts and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Develop and execute account plans that align with client objectives and drive revenue growth for the company.
- Develop proposals, contracts, and other materials that accurately reflect client requirements and company capabilities.
- Represent Traliant in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach and knowledge.
- Continuously improve account management processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance client satisfaction and growth.
Required Experience/Skills:
- 5+years of direct B2B account management and sales experience
- Proven success selling to VP and C level executives
- Track record of success growing accounts
- Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles using solution selling techniques
- Track record of consistent quota attainment
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce and Gong, preferred
- Willingness to travel up to (10%)

The pay range for this position $140,000 - $190,000 OTE.
