Description
Provide genuine and extraordinary service to all guests inquiring about an event. Utilize sales and negotiation skills to upsell and book events. This is a full time hybrid position both remote and onsite for events when applicable.
Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Field all inquiries through email and/or voicemail within 24 hours
- Manage the full life cycle of events, including menu selection, entertainment, decor, execution etc.
- Handle overall event administration, including BEOs in TripleSeat and direct communication with leadership, and lead follow up
- Provide a personalized touch for each event based on the event/host that goes beyond the ordinary.
- Maintain TripleSeat account ,including templates, menus, pricing etc
- Maintain events tracker
- Attend regular meetings with leadership to review upcoming BEO events
- Send thank you emails, gifts, and feedback requests to all BEOs post event
- Follow up, nurture and maintain relationships with past event hosts for booking recurring and future events
- Manage event supplies (linens, catering platters, decor etc)
- Attend networking events and off-site marketing to generate leads
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets for events, partnerships, and ticketed events (ex: St. Patrick’s Day, Superbowl, NYE etc,)
- Work with Marketing/GM to develop promotional materials and specialty packages for ticketed events
- Have team-oriented mindset to work effectively with marketing, operations, and other internal teams
- Oversee the assigned location’s inventory and timeline of promo materials (Bathroom Flyers, check presenters etc)
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to generate leads through various channels, including networking events, seeking out event planners and building relationships with local businesses
