Position Summary

Serve as a key member of the IT team, providing comprehensive support for all internal computing hardware, software, and network infrastructure across a single physical location and a large remote workforce.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for hardware and software issues. Hardware responsibilities include installation, configuration, and maintenance of computing devices. Software support includes installation and maintenance of operating systems and desktop applications.
• Manage computer operations including routine data backups and system restoration processes.
• Administer systems functions such as user provisioning, server resource monitoring, disk space management, application deployments, and other administrative tasks.
• Oversee network infrastructure, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all networking hardware.
• Participate in Helpdesk ticket triage and contribute to timely issue resolution.
• Support local business applications such as Office365.
• Maintain and support enterprise systems including Active Directory, Azure, AWS, VoIP (3CX), Huntress, and other platforms.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, certifications in relevant fields, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support and systems administration. Coursework would be potentially substituted for experience if recently acquired.

Abilities:

Strong technical troubleshooting abilities across both hardware and software environments.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.

Other Job Requirements:

May include occasional travel, word processing proficiency, and physical ability to manage hardware installation tasks.

Must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident due to our work on export-controlled and government programs. 

The compensation range posted represents the full salary range for the role. Actual pay will be determined based on a candidate’s experience, skills, and the position level ultimately offered.
