Job Summary
Account Executives are responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of corporate housing and relocation clients. This role focuses on converting high-quality leads, maintaining relationships with key accounts, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated sales professional who excels in closing deals, building rapport with clients, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals.
- Develop and nurture relationships with corporate clients, relocation managers, and business travelers.
- Conduct virtual meetings, calls, and email outreach to engage prospects and existing accounts.
- Provide customized corporate housing solutions based on client needs and budget.
- Handle inbound inquiries from potential customers and proactively reach out to warm leads.
Revenue Growth & Account Expansion
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
- Develop strategies to expand market share in assigned territories or industries.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the BDM team to ensure seamless client handoffs and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking all sales activities and client interactions.
Compensation & Benefits
- $50,000-$60,000 base salary + uncapped commission structure.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3+ years in inside sales, business development, or account management. Corporate housing experience is required.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients professionally.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HighLevel, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
- Customer-Centric: Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Problem-Solving: Quick thinker who can handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
