Summary

We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and creative individual to help ExpertVoice expand our reach with public service professionals – specifically in the healthcare, military and veteran, fire service, and law enforcement communities. You’ll be reaching out to nonprofit organizations, business, unions, associations, etc to secure partnerships. This hybrid role blends sales development-style outreach with program coordination, ideal for someone who has been an SDR/BDR and thrives on research, communication, and seeing projects through from concept to completion. The main focus of the role is in gaining partnerships and building relationships, but you’d also be able to participate in collateral and content creation. Our ideal candidate is someone who is curious and open to testing, trying and iterating as well as bringing their ideas to the table.

Reporting to the Director of Growth, the Growth Partnerships Representative will be responsible for driving new member growth within public service professionals.


Key Responsibilities

Outreach & Relationship Development (60%)

  • Conduct outreach to existing ExpertVoice users and prioritized non-profit/public service organizations, making calls and sending emails to engage potential partners.
  • Manage and optimize outreach campaigns and tools to connect with prospects, researching and identifying new “ins” into public service networks.
  • Manages tier two and tier 3 accounts through ongoing communication, sharing timely deals, and engaging them for new member acquisition.

Communication Support (25%)

  • Using existing templates, help create marketing flyers, one-pagers, and other assets.
  • Collaborate on the development and rollout of a new partner newsletter, helping shape content and structure to reach community-level partners.
  • Support planning and logistics for mailers, treats, and swag for conferences, events, and partner engagement initiatives.

Program & Event Coordination (15%)

  • Organize and coordinate focus groups, including drafting assignments, managing participant lists, and summarizing feedback.
  • Maintain and share a calendar of upcoming social and partner events, and help coordinate related activities, campaigns, and logistics.


Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in outreach, sales development, marketing coordination, or similar roles. Preferred SDR or BDR experience. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in cold calling and outreach emails.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dripify (or similar outreach automation), and CRM systems.
  • Creative, resourceful mindset with a passion for connecting with public service professionals.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel 10-15% of the time.
  • Strongly preferred - Someone who has a connection or cares about these audiences: healthcare, military and veteran, fire service, and law enforcement communities.

The approximate on-target earnings (OTE) for this position is $90,000-$105,000 annually. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications and geographic location.

Salary Description
Base is $67,000-80,000 and OTE is $90,000-$105,000
