Description

The Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of all marketing initiatives spanning account-based marketing (ABM), demand generation, brand, and marketing operations. This role will manage and align a small cross-functional team to strengthen sales enablement, deliver measurable pipeline growth, and build brand authority with enterprise and high-growth multichannel brands and retailers. The ideal candidate will embrace a player-coach mentality, rolling up their sleeves to execute campaigns while guiding the team strategically. They are resourceful, data-driven, and eager to make an outsized impact in a lean environment. 

Requirements

Essential Duties & Job Functions:


ABM & Demand Generation Leadership 

  • Develop, execute, and manage ABM and multi-channel campaigns targeting enterprise and mid-market accounts. 
  • Partner with Sales to support targeted marketing efforts based on account targeting 
  • Manage Content & Events Manager to ensure alignment, strategic engagement, pipeline creation, and account penetration.  

  

Strategic Planning & Positioning 

  • Develop and own integrated marketing strategy, GTM plans, and ABM plays in partnership with Sales leadership. 
  • Evolve brand positioning, messaging architecture, and competitive differentiation for logistics and fulfillment services with the goal of increasing brand visibility and leadership.  


Marketing Operations Oversight

  • Partner with the Marketing Operations Specialist to ensure CRM hygiene and account data quality for ABM targeting.
  • Oversee website performance and SEO improvements to drive inbound interest from ICP accounts. 
  • Ensure tech stack integrations support campaign execution, personalization, and measurement.  

  

Team Leadership & Collaboration 

  • Hire, manage, and develop a Marketing Operations resource and Content & Events Manager.  
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Operations, and Executive leadership to ensure marketing efforts support revenue goals. 
  • Oversee vendor and agency relationships to deliver campaigns on time and within budget. 
  • Along with other duties as assigned.

  

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, account-based marketing, and demand generation. 
  • Proven ability to launch and scale ABM programs within lean teams targeting enterprise or mid-market accounts. 
  • Background in industrial B2B industries (supply chain and logistics, manufacturing, utilities, etc.) is strongly preferred. 
  • Expertise in digital channels, SEO strategy, and marketing operations best practices. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and account plays.  
  • Excellent collaboration skills and proven ability to influence stakeholders.  

Work Environment:  This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of being in-office 2-3 days per week. We are prioritizing candidates based in the following regions:  

  • San Jose, CA 
  • Los Angeles, CA 
  • Denver, CO 
  • Atlanta, GA 
  • Occasional travel (1-2 times per quarter) may be required for team events or client visits. 
Salary Description
$130,000/annually
