Nature and Scope
The Product & Strategy Operations Manager serves as the connective tissue between the Strategy organization and CeriFi’s functional departments — including Product, Marketing, Sales, Technology, and Customer Success — ensuring that enterprise-level strategic priorities are translated into actionable initiatives and executed with precision.
This highly cross-functional role is responsible for driving accountability, visibility, and operational excellence around strategic initiatives, serving as both a program orchestrator and execution enabler. The Manager ensures that initiatives launched by the Strategy team move from concept to completion on time, on budget, and with measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Execution & Alignment
- Initiative Translation: Partner closely with the Chief Strategy Officer and strategy leaders to translate strategic goals, board-level directives, and corporate objectives into clear action plans and operational workstreams for functional teams.
- Execution Oversight: Track, coordinate, and support the execution of high-priority strategic initiatives across departments, proactively removing blockers and escalating risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Strategic Roadmap Enablement: Maintain a living view of all strategic projects and how they align to broader company OKRs, ensuring clarity of ownership, timelines, and success metrics.
- Quarterly & Annual Planning: Support planning cycles by consolidating inputs from strategy, product, marketing, and sales into cohesive plans that align with corporate priorities.
Operational Excellence & Process Enablement
- Cross-Functional Process Management: Design and operationalize repeatable processes that connect strategy to execution — including kickoff frameworks, milestone tracking, reporting cadences, and feedback loops.
- Program Governance: Implement governance models that establish clear accountability for deliverables, milestone reviews, and decision-making checkpoints.
- Tooling & Systems Enablement: Oversee collaboration and tracking tools (e.g., project management platforms, dashboards) to ensure visibility and efficiency across all strategic initiatives.
- Performance Measurement & Reporting
- KPI Definition & Tracking: Partner with Strategy and Product leaders to define key success metrics for initiatives and measure performance against defined outcomes.
- Progress Reporting: Deliver regular initiative updates, executive dashboards, and board-level reports that communicate progress, risks, and impact against strategic goals.
- Post-Mortem & Continuous Improvement: Lead retrospective reviews on completed initiatives to capture lessons learned and improve future execution processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
- Stakeholder Alignment: Build strong relationships across Product, Marketing, Sales, Technology, and Customer Success to ensure coordinated execution and clear communication throughout the lifecycle of every initiative.
- Feedback Loops: Establish structured channels to surface insights, bottlenecks, and emerging opportunities from functional teams back into the Strategy organization.
- Change Management: Support adoption of new processes, priorities, and tools resulting from strategic decisions, helping teams adapt smoothly and stay aligned.
Strategic Insights & Intelligence
- Risk & Opportunity Identification: Monitor initiative execution to surface early indicators of strategic risk, resource constraints, or acceleration opportunities.
- Market & Competitive Signal Integration: Support the incorporation of external intelligence (market shifts, competitive moves, regulatory changes) into initiative planning and prioritization.
- 5+ years of experience in strategy operations, program management, or cross-functional execution roles, preferably in a SaaS, edtech, or multi-product portfolio environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, align diverse stakeholders, and drive clarity across complex projects.
- Proven experience translating high-level strategic goals into operational plans and measurable outcomes.
- Adept at building collaborative relationships across departments and influencing without direct authority.
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with experience building reporting frameworks and executive-level dashboards.
