Position Overview: 

Halo Branded Solutions is seeking a strategic and visionary Analytics Strategy Liaison to guide the development and alignment of enterprise-level analytics initiatives. This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring analytics solutions deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and business growth. As we advance toward a centralized enterprise data warehouse integrating ERP, CRM, and other transactional systems, this position will play a critical role in shaping the analytics strategy and enabling data-driven transformation across the organization.  


Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Partner with business leaders to identify analytics needs, prioritize initiatives, and translate requirements into scalable solutions that align with organizational goals. 

Analytics Strategy & Design: 

  • Define and oversee the implementation of descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics frameworks using modern BI tools and advanced modeling techniques.

Enterprise Reporting:

  • Establish enterprise-wide reporting standards and frameworks that unify data from multiple source systems for consistent and reliable insights. 

AI/ML Integration:

  • Evaluate and recommend AI/ML models to enhance analytics capabilities, including forecasting, anomaly detection, and recommendation systems.  
  • Stay informed on emerging AI/ML technologies and proactively identify opportunities for adoption within the enterprise ecosystem.  
  • Advise stakeholders on leveraging AI/ML to improve decision-making and uncover growth opportunities.

Visual Analytics Design & Evangelism:

  • Drive the development of intuitive, interactive dashboards and visualizations that enable dynamic data exploration. 
  • Promote visual storytelling and best practices to improve comprehension and engagement. 
  • Champion adoption of visual analytics across the organization through education and advocacy. 
  • Utilize platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. 
  • Gather user feedback to refine designs and ensure alignment with evolving business needs continuously. 
  • Establish and enforce design standards for consistency, accessibility, and performance.

Enablement & Adoption:

  • Educate and empower business users to interpret and act on analytics insights to drive operational and strategic improvements.

Data Strategy Alignment:

  • Ensure analytics initiatives align with enterprise data architecture, governance, and performance standards. .

Documentation & Standards:

  • Contribute to clear documentation on analytics designs, data flows, and model assumptions to support transparency and scalability. 
Requirements

  

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.  
  • Ability to translate complex data into intuitive visualizations and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. 
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics strategy, business intelligence, or data science roles.  
  • Proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, and SQL.  
  • Deep applied understanding of data warehousing concepts, AI/ML models, and enterprise data architectures.  
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with techniques for promoting adoption of analytics tools and processes across business units. 
  • Proven success in working with IT, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to integrate analytics into decision-making workflows.   
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and data integration frameworks (e.g., Apache Airflow, dbt). 
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
  • Exposure to value mapping and ROI-driven analytics planning   

Compensation: The estimated salary range for this position is between $100,000 - $130,000 annually. Please note that this pay range serves as a general guideline and reflects a broad spectrum of labor markets across the US. While it is uncommon for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range, compensation decisions are influenced by various factors. At HALO, these include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, location, education and training, key skills, internal equity, external market data, and broader market and business considerations.
