What We Are Looking For
The Development Operations Specialist for Corelation will utilize programming skills to create systems that both improve product quality as well as increasing productivity of cross-organizational teams. You will have knowledge of Python, SQL as well as other scripting languages. You will have experience with the full software development lifecycle including gathering requirements, design, development, testing and deployment. You should have a fundamental understanding of an Agile/Scrum and well and agile tools such as JIRA.
· Track release milestones of major and incremental releases.
· Maintain, create and configure jira to support value streams.
· Establish milestones for necessary contributions from departments and develop processes to facilitate their collaboration.
· Assist development teams with source code management utilizing internal source code application as well as standards such as Git and Bitbucket
· Improve upon the application build process utilizing continuous process improvement, automation, and deployment methods.
· Assist with vulnerabilities that are identified via tools such as penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, and vendor / client feedback.
· Mentor and train other development team members throughout the company and seek to continually improve processes companywide.
· Analyze current technology and tools utilized within the company and develop steps and processes to improve and expand upon them.
· Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Experience
Three years to five years of similar or related experience.
Education
(1) A college degree (non-technical discipline) or (2) multi-craft skills acquired through extensive on-the-job training or apprenticeship programs or (3) in-depth industry and job specific technical skills acquired through a combination of formal instruction and on-the-job training.
