You’ll take the lead on-site — setting up our interactive booths, keeping the team motivated, and making sure every guest leaves smiling. If you’re outgoing, organized, and thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment, this is your chance to bring vacation vibes to every event.
What You’ll Do:
Event Leadership & Execution
- Serve as the on-site lead for Path Resorts promotional events
- Oversee setup, operations, and breakdown while keeping everything on-brand
- Coordinate with event partners and venue staff to ensure smooth execution
Sales & Performance
- Motivate and support your event team throughout the day
- Track daily lead results and share updates with the Promotions Manager
- Demonstrate best engagement practices to help the team meet goals
Team Support & Development
- Mentor new ambassadors and help them feel confident and guest-ready
- Provide real-time feedback and recognize top performer
- Foster a positive, high-energy team environment
Guest Engagement
- Be the face of Path Resorts — friendly, professional, and full of enthusiasm
- Run giveaways, contests, and on-site activations that draw guests in
- Share the Path Resorts experience in a way that makes people want to join the fun

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in events, sales, or team leadership is a plus — but energy and attitude matter most!
- Outgoing and positive personality with strong people skills
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable leading small teams
- A self-starter who leads by example and keeps the energy high
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Flexible weekend availability and willingness to travel regionally
